We find land to create new allotments in high demand areas across the UK. We work with land agencies, landowners, and public institutions to secure suitable sites.
Our purchase protects the land from development forever. Once the land is secure, we build an allotment community by connecting with passionate local people. We partner with the National Allotment Society to form the governing body and set up organisational systems. We draw on local knowledge and skills to design and create the site.
With land, people and structure in place, we launch the new allotment site. We lease the land to the allotment association for a peppercorn rent. The seed is sown and is ready to grow!
